They positioned and leveled the new piece, helped us move the replaced furniture to a better location, plowed through the paperwork, and were on their way. All deliveries should be this pleasant.

First and foremost, the young gentlmen delivering our sofa were outstanding. We originally thought they could bring it in thru a close entryway, but they suggested our french doors that opened on the other side of our house. This distance was much farther but they lugged the sofa around and not a scratch on the sofa or our doors. We love the furniture and the service.

Justin and Brayden did an excellent job moving in the recliner. They work well together. I'm always apprehensive when receiving new items into the house because it an older house and I worry about things getting damaged. Needless to say, no damage. Justin took the time to show my husband how to put the chair together in case we needed to take it apart. I don't think that will be happening but it was nice of him to show him. The Amish-made bookcase headboard was delivered this morning. The two delivery gentlemen arrived on time - - actually, they were early. They identified themselves at the door and were courteous throughout the removal of the previously delivered bookcase headboard and the installation of the new one. The process took about 40 minutes. The headboard is beautiful, and I am pleased with the quality of the workmanship as well as with the quality of USA made furniture and the care that Chap de Laine's exhibits toward its customers. This headboard is not the first piece of furniture that I have purchased from Chap de Laine's. Two years ago, I bought a new dining area table and four chairs - - all outstanding quality. I will certainly visit Chap de Laine's again for any future furniture purchases.

Very good re-upholstery job; A+ pick-up and delivery. The guys took care both with the monster sofa being re-upholstered and with doors, floors, door-frames, etc they had to fit it through, both when picking up and delivering finished job. One smart Chapdelaine practice: they don't pick up items that are being re-upholstered until the upholsterer is ready to do the job, and they deliver as soon as they're done, minimizing the time without furniture. I recommend them on all counts!
